Career
He started his career in 2000 as a programmer at a federal state enterprise, then for two years he managed KONSORT LLC.
In 2004, he became head of the Department of Norming and Environmental Expertise at TDK-9 OJSC.
In 2005, Mr. Makar German joined the state service.
In 2008, he was appointed Head of the Administration of the Government of the Perm Krai by order of the Governor of the Perm Krai.
